BabyYogaMassage Drop-in Saturdays sadly not available at the moment

Dads, Mums or Mum and Dad and other parents or carers are welcomed to this safe space for enjoying time to connect with baby.
Teachers, Steven and Marion, will share authentic Birthlight techniques to enhance the bonding connection and to support the natural development of your baby, physically, emotionally and socially.

Oils and mats are provided,
all you need to bring is a towel
or baby blanket for baby to lie down comfortably,
the usual nappy changing gear,
baby’s bottle,
or have mum on speed-dial for a breastfeed visit,
and remember….baby!

Some babies will sleep, some babies will feed, some babies will need cuddling, rocking and swaying. Regardless of how you meet your baby’s needs during the session, it is time and space for relaxed connection.
