Baby Massage Classes

Nurturing Baby Massage is a mutual practice, benefitting both the baby and their parent or carer, whether it be mum, dad or other significant carer. It promotes the bonding process which feeds in to supporting the good health and well-being of the family.

Baby Yoga Classes

Baby Yoga is a natural progression from massage, and is suitable usually for babies from around 12 weeks. It supports babies’ milestones using safe and fun activities.

The Birthlight way of teaching baby yoga embodies this concept beautifully. In a time where mothers and babies can be overloaded with sensory information on a daily basis my training taught me how to strip this back to the mother, the baby and movement in a moment of connection.
